I just got news that I am now accredited as of April 2, 2010 by the Veterans Administration as an accredited attorney. This will enable me to better serve you. There are not many attorneys admitted to practice before the VA, so this is a great honor.
3/6/2010. The District VFW asked me to present a short talk on estate and retirement planning on Saturday March 6, 2010. It was a great joy for me to be able to explain some of the pitfalls from the lack of estate planning. It affects you during your life and your heirs after your death. Many people expressed their thanks and said they learned things they had never known before. I am tentatively scheduled to address the state VFW convention in August.
