What I Don't Do
I don't claim to be the greatest lawyer and a master of all. There are many areas of the law that I am either not qualified at all or not as good as others to help you with.

- Criminal law - with the exception of tax defense
- Immigration
- International law
- Labor & Employment law
- Patent
- Securities law - preparing a full-blown public offering is something I do not do. Private placement offerings I will do. Public offerings require a great deal more resources to complete.
- Complex litigation - It is not that I am incapable, but I do not have the resources by myself to engage in complex litigation. It would be necessary for me to enlist the aid of other professionals to successfully prosecute a complex litigation matter.
